Privacy Policy
Overview
Ledger Light is designed to keep your financial data private. You manually enter transactions — we do not require a bank connection or account registration. This policy describes how the app handles your information.
Information We Process
We process the information you enter in the app, such as transaction amount, category, date, and optional mood tags. This data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Diagnostics
If you allow Apple device analytics, we may receive anonymized crash or performance diagnostics through Apple's standard reporting system. These reports do not include your transaction data or financial information.
No Selling or Advertising Profiles
We do not sell personal information. We do not build advertising profiles from your transaction data. Ledger Light contains no third-party advertising SDKs or user-tracking libraries.
Retention and Deletion
You can delete all your in-app data at any time from Settings → Delete All Data. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
Children's Privacy
Ledger Light is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your U.S. Privacy Rights
Depending on your state (including California), you may have rights to know, access, delete, or correct personal information. Because Ledger Light stores data locally on your device, most requests can be fulfilled directly in the app by deleting your data from Settings.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL and in-app with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
